With 18+ years of experience as a leader at companies like Google and Airbnb, I’ve built high-performing teams and coached individuals of all different backgrounds including tech professionals, engineers, healthcare professionals, finance and marketing professionals, and consultants.
My work is grounded in real conversations (no fluff), bold growth, and building the trust needed to spark lasting transformation — helping leaders move forward with purpose and impact.
My passion lies in uncovering what truly drives you and leveraging that to create meaningful change.
I hold a BA in International Relations, a Master’s in Global Development (Leadership focus), and I’m a certified Master Transformational NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) practitioner. I also advise startups, bringing a blend of strategic insight and personal development to every coaching conversation.
